Charlotte Hicks
Charlotte has worked in the financial services and pension administration field for the last 35 years where she held various positions. Currently, she is an Officer in a Trade Operations Oversight role. Additional professional roles she has held are an Internal Controls Administrator, Client Relationship Administrator, Project Administrator, Business Analyst, Accountant, and Auditor. With her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail, Charlotte continues to be a valuable asset in her field, driving operational excellence with her meticulous and proactive approach.
Charlotte has been a member of Christian Stronghold Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for 34 years. She has served in the Singles’ Ministry, Vacation Bible School nursery, and Youth Ministry. In her current ministry, she serves as the events planner for an evangelistic ministry that supports women with unchurched spouses. She is passionate about helping the marginalized in our society because of the myriad opportunities she has been afforded, including the blessings of being a breast cancer survivor and heart transplant recipient. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Charlotte has resided in the Philadelphia area for 35 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama.
