Donna Gabbadon

Dr. Donna Gabbadon is a leader and an entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the information technology sector. As the co-founder of Informant Technologies, Inc., an IT company that provides records management software solutions to college and university public safety departments and municipal police departments in the United States. Donna has played a pivotal role in spearheading strategic initiatives in marketing and customer support. In addition to her achievements in the business world, Donna is the passionate founder of Jamaica Land We Love (Jalawelo), a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting communities in Jamaica. She has an unwavering commitment to social, economic, and spiritual change, and her work in vulnerable communities has laid the foundation for sustainable solutions and long-term partnerships, transforming lives and creating opportunities for underserved populations.

With a steadfast belief in the power of collaboration, Donna has built strong partnerships with communities and organizations in Jamaica. Her innovative approach to education and employment-based engagement addresses the unique challenges faced by uneducated and undereducated young adults, equipping them with critical thinking skills and industry-recognized certifications.

Donna holds a PhD from Eastern University, a Master's in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania, and an undergraduate degree from the University of the West Indies.
